I have never been treated so shoddily in a blatant effort to "require" a several-hundred dollar procedure instead of just doing the cleaning we came in for. I am appalled and disgusted, and absolutely will not be returning, nor would I recommend this office to anyone for anything. Unprofessional, money-grubbing, rude, judgmental, absolutely atrocious 'customer service' from the dentist. The other employees were more polite, but all focused on the same goal: The Money.
The Hygienist was great. The Detest did not even check to see if I had and cavities or any chips or cracks. Is this now the job of the Hygienist?

The people are rude....not to mention they had to cancel my filling appointment from November and March because the lady wasn't in the day that originally scheduled it. In addition the day I went in to finally have the filling done I called them because I was stuck in traffic and they said if I was more then 5 mins late they wouldn’t beable to take me in on that day!
I have dentures from aspen dental in Cicero I’ve had them 3-4 years in that time the top denture has cracked 3 times in the same spot between the two front teeth ! Instead of figuring out why they just keep putting more of what they use to fix the crack now when I bite down on something they pop off the back because there isn’t enough suction to hold them in ! God forbid your denture breaks. Called they said wouldn't be able to do anything for 6 days. They said call other branch dewitt says I would be considered a new patient ???? Wouldn't be able to get in till OCT> You kidding me ? They expect you to go without teeth for a month?? I bought them at Apsen dental. Got an Appointment at Stones. Family will do business with them from now on.

This place is a JOKE! They charged my wife a consultant fee for her to see the oral surgeon. The day of the procedure we showed up 30mins early and she had to wait 2hrs. Never had a consult with the surgeon he came in took her phone and started the procedure, she also had to be put out for this they charged us $699 for 45 mins of sedation and she was only in the room for 25 minutes! Can not comment on the dental work as we have only been seen a few times because they cancel constantly. In the last 4 months they have canceled 5 appointments for 3 people due to the hygentist being on vacation or maternity leave. I understand things come up but 5 appointments in a row??? And they offer no accommodations, wanting to reschedule you months out. Time for a new dentist.
