I was very nervous and anxious upon my visit...they calmed me down, talked to me so that I could understand and went over my options with me...the Cicero office was great
Went to get my wisdom teeth out yesterday and it was super quick and they made me feel comfortable because I was nervous. The oral surgeon even called himself in the afternoon to check on me. I am glad I chose them as my dentist office and will continue going as needed for routine maintenance and upkeep of my smile.
It was my first time visiting Aspen but was very impressed with all the staff. They were all very friendly and we were in and out in a timely manner. Dentist was thorough with me and explained my treatment that I would need. Receptionist was great and we had good conversation. Overall very happy with my first visit.
I am 34 years old and I had only gone to the dentist once prior. I was in immense pain and they were able to do an emergency extraction and my pain was almost immediately relieved! Thank you for helping me so quickly ❤️
I have found everyone to be professional and friendly. They have treated me great. I have had some issues and they were able to fit me in and take care of them. The problem with reviews is that people are more likely to post a review when they have a problem, but not when they are happy with the service. I don't usually do reviews, but I think they deserve a good review.
A great job by the whole satff on my recent purchase of new dentures to repace some 10 yr. old units that ASpen had made. The DDS's were great, the staff excellent, and special kudos to Thomas (the creator of the dentures) who made a replacement lower denture in two days and it was perfect! They stepped up to the plate in a big way - Thomas was caring, polite, informative and the new units were wonderful. I reccomend them highly!

I've been using Aspen Dental for over - 10+ years.....I've never had a bad experience...sometimes the wait times are a tad long....but they are busy and I understand that - because when I get in I get the attention I need just like everyone else. I know I'm not their only client but when I'm there - they treat me like I am ! convenient - easy payment plans - not outrageous in price..... I've got no complaints ! I'm keeping my business with them !
