Absolutely the worst experience in my life. If you want to feel like a used car and shuffled through all the stations for this up sale and that up sale have at it.........I wouldnt allow my dog to be seen at this place. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE AND ONLY WORRIED ABOUT getting every penny out of you they possibly can.
please tell your people how to look up a price they gave me one price then gave me another price almost 300.00 higher and only this office manager could tell me a price which took him over 30 minutes to find I had a appointment at 1pm at 2:15 I was still sitting there because I needed a ex ray all I needed was one question answered and the dentist had to see me before they could answer the question and he knew nothing of what I needed to know the PRICE only then the price was higher than my normal dentist was any way it sta... read more
Talked to a lady in the phone and told her I had a loose tooth that was causing extreme pain. She told me they could get me in at 3:30 - so went in and after a 3 hour "comprehensive evaluation" I was told it would cost $8,000 to fix my mouth. I didnt come in to fix my mouth - I came in to deal with 1 tooth. I was told we can get you an appointment for that. I thought that was what I was here for - needless to say I left and am still in pain because they did NOTHING. This is a complete hustle - don't call for it.
DO NOT GO HERE! Billing is a joke and you will get told to your face that there is a pay plan set up for you and that there is no set amount of time you have to pay even if you call and ask 15 times. My original bill was 250 and now all of a sudden it’s 700 with no pay plan available and when I was told I would get called back in a couple minutes the employee went on vacation for a week!!

Rip off! They lied to my brother and told him he had periodontal disease. Made him pay upfront for the treatments that he didn’t need. They wouldn’t refund the money.
They charged me for 2 periodontal treatment at 600 a piece and I only received one. and since I paid upfront with care credit. i was screwed. When i asked for a credit back to my card they said no cause they did both treatments at once. But they scheduled the 2nd treatment in Apr so they lied basically. I don't recommend them for anything. They lie! Tell you that you need all this expensive work done. You get a second opinion after you charge $1800 on your care credit telling you that the diagnosis was incorrect. They refused to apply credit back. Lie to your face! Be very careful and check your billing. They tell you that your office visit and xrays are free. Well of course they make up for that over charging and treatment that you don't need. Be very cautious of this team in Clarksville, IN.
While waiting in the waiting room, waiting for madison, a victim made the comment to tiffany, that why is he waiting when he has an appt, so sad. Very Poor customer service
