My husband has had great service except for one time wasn't given time to numb. Everyone has been great.

If you need Emergency Dental Care do NOT use Aspen dental. 🦷 Even though their website says emergency procedures including broken teeth, they charge you $265 to later tell you that you have to come back to get your tooth, that is broken across the middle pulled. I guess I’ll be calling the dental school after the holiday. I asked if they had a temporary fix or what I should do about my pain and the office girl told me to take ibuprofen and Tylenol. Do not recommend for any type of immediate problems.

Both sets of parents have had multiple issues time after time. Aspen dental take advantage of the elderly.

Okonoboh Sydney is a DMD At Aspen in canton Georgia he supposed to take 4 my teeth but this men take 15 my teeths I don’t know why I went home with pain the. 1/1/2022 NO STAR REVIEW!!!! Worst dental experience ever!!! They could never get a good fit. One day I sat through 4 attempts to get an impression that worked, Lol...never fit right. I ordered top of the line dentures...they never fit after several adjustments. My dentures popped out every time I tried to eat. I downsized to the second tier, and four of the teeth fell out, and now the roof of the denture broke while eating an egg sandwich. Terrible quality!!! You know the old saying: Burn me once, shame on you; burn me twice, shame on me. I wish I could say something nice about Aspen, but I can't. My first appointment a few years ago left me scratching my head. Why would they leave you sitting in the X-ray room for 45 minutes without so much as a heads-up on the reason for the wait? So I left. Today, I scheduled my appointment as early as I could, which was 8:15, because it's a full day. They even wanted me to come 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork. DISGUSTED and humiliated. waited 45 mins in the cold when the lobby was empty. They claimed my insurance had 'technical difficulties' and couldn't verify. Refused to even do a denture consult. I overheard a couple techs saying they were gonna do 'as little as possible' since it was Friday. the dentist didn't even introduce herself. Funny thing with the insurance was that I called a dentist close to home and they verified while I was on the phone with them not even 20 minutes after I left. I went in for pain and was told tooth had to come out... No meds no nothing and didnt pull the tooth. Sent me home after trying to charge me crazy money up front after making another appointment to have my tooth pulled days later. I have great dental insurance an the price they quoted was ridiculous. Also wanted me to put a down payment of 1600.00 for future dental work. Unbelievable. Will NOT be going back

My husband was sent here for an emergency extraction, scheduling office confirmed that they took his insurance. Got to office....not only did we have to wait over an hour, but they took him back and did the Xray without even confirming insurance first. My husband even asked if they would screen his insurance first...he ended up having to pay out of pocket for his xray. Very disappointed, do not recommend.
