Horrible customer service.. After waiting 2+ hours and no word from dentist or assistants, I finally left. I was informed she was busy and they could not tell me how long it would be before the dentist could get with me. Originally I was told the appointment would take an hour or less, needless to say, had I stayed it would have taken at least 3!!

i have never been treated so bad in my life. after breaking a tooth i contacted them on 10/15 and they did squeeze me in. i arrived at 3:30 and spent a lengthy time in xrays then the dr. came in and confirmed my tooth needed to be pulled, however she spent more time trying to plan how the rest of my teeth would be fixed. i ask if she was going to pull my tooth and she told me she didn't have time that the office closed @ 5 it was 4:30 even tho i was in tears from the pain. she sent me out to schedule another appt for the nex... read more
i didnt see the dentist i chose online. i was told i'd pay zero over the phone with my insurance. even after an expected amount for me to pay for filling cavities they upsold me this $150 electric toothbrush as if it was the only way i'd fix my teeth. it wasnt even a question of "do you want this?" it was "your bill is $600 and here's the toothbrush that comes with the service. i made an appointment and saw the dentist in the same day for a pain in my mouth but they dont have the staffing to actually clean your teeth all the... read more

My visit was helpful, BUT they made me pay my entire bill upfront and said they would bill my insurance, then once paid would refund me. Today is Aug 27th, and I've still not been refunded, procedure done July 21st, and my insurance has contacted them 3 times and I called them also because anthem needs OP notes to move forward. I received a call from the office Aug 16th saying they sent in what was needed. Found out today that wasn't true. Great service, but billing was a joke. Whatever my insurance didn't cover went on the care credit account they helped me set up. After paying the carecredit bill in full I recieve a bill from aspen dental for serives rendered. I contact themand speak with an office manager who assures me that because it was their error she would write off the debt. That was in February. I thought this place was wonderful at first. I paid upfront for my son and I’s visit. Then 2 things happened- 1- my insurance paid more than what Aspen thought they would and 2- the pictures (X-rays) they sent to my insurance were not clear enough for my insurance to pay all of the claims. I have been in contact with them NUMEROUS times and still no resolution. We are going on 2 years now. My sister went to this Clinic today and it’s beyond a joke. She had teeth pulled, back 6-8 months ago. Had impression done and the cheap Temporary junk they put in her mouth has broke 4 times. I like going to Aspen dental... Everyone is friendly and helpful.. BUT Everytime I go there I feel like it's all about the money.. can't get anything done without having to get up and going to the cashier first Just feels like they are more about your money instead of you.
