Had an appt at 9am. I arrived on time and was asked for money immediately. Hand them the money and sat and waited. At 9:21 I ask if there are any issues and I am told no we are waiting on X-rays. I can see the X-ray room from the lobby. At 9:41am a lady walks in sits down and then is called back to the x Ray room. I go up front and ask what is the issue she says waiting on X-rays. I say this woman is getting X-rays she lies and says she is getting different X-rays. Mind you I have been in this room before. I ask for my money... read more

Well here is the thing I usually do not do this but I’m so over this place this morning . I brought my dentures in for the 3 break in them since I’ve had them ...They never called me to update me on them like they said they would ... I was on hold all morning cause they could not get things together ... So when I did get to talk to someone they said they could reline them for 150 dollars or I just need a new pair WhITCH I DO NoT HAVE These PAID FOR YET ... Way overpriced. Left in tears. I broke my partial and they told me 575 for a temporary one ready in 3 days, and almost triple for a permanent one in 3 to 4 weeks. My regular dentist (who was closed on Friday) fixed me in less than 24 hours for $140!

Would have been great if the system wasn’t down and I could get a price of what I need done, but all the employees were nice. Still waiting on a call back to get a tooth removed

I honestly can’t believe how many good reviews there are on here. This has got to be the worst dental experience I have ever seen. My husband was a new patient there and they did a great job at working him in however after we paid upfront and it was time for the to get the work done they made him wait 2 hours which didn’t bother him because he took off work to get this done. While the assistant, hygienist, and dentist were very nice, they are way overpriced. We felt the accounts manager was very deceiving. Because they were in our insurance "network" she said those were the fees they "contracted" with our insurance to charge. The fact is, there is a maximum fee our insurance will accept and they have to discount anything above. They definitely charge the maximum! just got my records, from this clarksville office , read an e-mail , where dr elrod referred to as a thorn in their side, and my gold crown was worth 10-15 dollars, what professional person would refer to a patient like this, there are several lies in this e-mail. i am in shock! people better read their records. thank god it is other places to go to! Sad part is that i never met this man !
