The folks @ Aspen Dental in Clarksville, TN. made me feel at ease and comfortable as possible. The receptionist and assistants did their best to make sure I was seen in a timely manner, and while in the chair the Dentist did all he could to resolve my issue and see that my need had been meet. Thank You Dr. Elrod for having your staff work me in and to the staff for your care and concern.
doesnt even deserve one star. Kept us waiting nearly 2 hours for an appt, even though we showed up 10 minutes early, then made it out to be our fault when they stated they didn't have enough dr's to serve people! Not the first time this has happened but it will be the last! Should hVe told me up front maybe I could have rescheduled the appt and not missed two other apps waiting for them!
I just had new dentures made and they are worse than my others made at nashville tn they messed my old ones up now new ones are even worse
I'm just getting started there, but it has been a pleasant experience with staff working with you. I'll have more to report on after we get into procedures .
I really enjoyed going to Aspen Dental for my dental needs until I paid for my cleaning and had some issues come up causing me to postpone that appointment for almost 2 months. When I went in for a copy of my X-rays I rescheduled my cleaning, but they wanted me to pay again and it was double the first amount that I had already paid them. Needless to say I am on the search for a new dentist because I won't be going back there. frown emoticon
Remember that first and foremost, this is a corporation. Corporations will always value profit over your personal care. It is the stock holders that hold them to this standard.
