I got my teeth a year ago. they rush and have no time when there fitting your teeth. they did mine twice and there still in the bag I put them in when I came home. Ive had dentures for 17 years that fit great. I even handed them over that they took in back. The new dentures they gave me I have to move my chin all the way over to the right to even make them work togather. I showed them to a dentist here in my town and he couldn't believe they even thought they were close. I will never recommend aspen to nobody. In my mind... read more

This is literally the worst dentist in Clarksville! I walked in there yesterday crying from being in so much pain from a tooth breaking off, the doctor first asked me “is there a reason your crying so much” like he never had a toothache before. Them told me that I needed to stop moving so much so he could work or he wasn’t gonna be able to pull it and just send me home still in pain. I went for an exam, xrays and teeth cleaning. I let them do the oral cancer screening which I paid out of pocket for and they did the exam and xrays but refused to clean my teeth until I shelled out over $400 for other issues. I have never heard of such crap! All I wanted was a teeth cleaning. Never going back there.

I made an appointment on Thursday 1/3/19 for Wednesday 1/9/19 for 3 pm. I went into the office and the receptionist told me that they tried to call me to reschedule because they scheduled two people at the same time. I checked my phone and did not have any calls from them except to confirm my appointment. When I called back the receptionist stated they sent a text to reschedule and the only text I received was asking me to arrive 15 minutes early. I made my appointment at 9:00am and was told to come 15 minutes early for paperwork. I also gave all of my insurance information over the phone to a lady prior to the appointment. Upon walking in there was no one up at the front for at least 10 minutes. Finally after someone walked up to the front, I got called up to then give them all of my information again. After 10 more minutes of sitting I was called back for X-rays. I informed the lady that my insurance wouldn’t cover anymore since I just had them all done less than 6 ... read more

The longest wait I have ever seen in any kind of business that includes other doctors office and even the DMV. 3 hours before I even saw the doctor then told I had to come back to have tooth fixed ... what! Then another hour to get finished 4 hours for NOTHING!!

In two different occasions I have received a cancellation call after my appointment has been scheduled for 6 months and they want to reschedule for another month and a half later. First the cleaning lady forgot to add my name to the calendar, and over booked now they have changed the service work hours months ago and is not at the same day of my appointment that someone decided to call after I had confirm my appointment a week ago..I considered that very rude and disrespectful to the patient. Brought my brother in law there with no insurance to see about these great deals they have on dentures. After 2 1/2 hours of eating it was discussed that top full dentures and a partial for the bottom was the best options. Price quoted, an unbelievable $13,400. Did I mention he did not have insurance. Online they basically say the best dentures are like $2300. How did they get to $13,400. Even if they had to pull every tooth it makes no sense!

In a lot of pain needed one (1) tooth extracted. They saw me coming. Charged me $447 and $19 for X-rays. It took 20 seconds. I feel like I was robbed. I will never trust this organization. Don’t use these crooks unless like me in an emergency situation.
