I went here for an emergency visit because I was having severe pain in my jaw—The first thing they did was put me in a room with this lady and she proceeds to hit me with the (up-sale shtick) trying to get me to buy the most expensive treatment options right off the bat, so when I told her, that I can’t afford the deep cleaning and asked for the regular cleaning instead, she became visibly angry and flat out refused that option for me . RecommendedSince childhood, I have had toxic dental experiences and for whatever reason people justify this without recourse. In the 80s as a child a dentist filled four molars with metal for cavities I did not have. As an adult, I had them replaced with porcelain. Several years ago, I had a dentist return after my cleaning and exam and she began to bang my teeth with a pick until she cracked the one in front. I was a first time patient and as usual, very apprehensive to even see a dentist. I was seen immediately for pain. The dentist and staff were wonderful. Very kind and caring. They took the time to verify my insurance before I had treatment. I would highly recommend this office. I’ll be back!

horrible service,hate my dentures they hurt,took over 2weeks to get them paid cash for 1plate financed the other for 300$ and now they bill me $1000 for the same ones I already paid for!! no one even followed up to see if they were ok. went in today and they were extremely rude DO NOT GO HERE!!

My adult daughter has been calling the emergency answering service this Sunday, every 20 minutes and NO ONE is calling her back. The discharge instructions do not include all of the information for after care. The quantity of pain medication has not even covered 72 hours after having all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Most disturbing is that NO ONE is calling her back and she is suffering in pain.

I have several areas of failing teeth. I was blown away by the technology, professionalism and communication skills of the Aspen Dental team. The imaging technology they use is AWESOME! Even I could easily understand my dental issues as the imaging results were immeditately anaysed. If nothing else, I highly recommend getting your dental issues analysed by this incredible team!!

Charged $150 to tell me that my teeth were bad and then presented an inflated estimate for dentures.
This dental office discriminates against people with learning disabilities and similar issues in their hiring practices. Not everyone learns at the same pace. If this staff were more patient, they would find very valuable employees who just need a little extra time.
wel im trying to call during business hours and i keep getting a automated voice system and no one. all I need to know is my denture costs. and due to the incovience of not being able to talk to anyone im not sure i want to go through aspen
