Hire some real dentists.
I had a horrible experience at the Garners Ferry location! My initial appointment was at the end of March. It is now November, and my dental work is not complete. I have been in for fittings and consultations over 10 times, and the mold was done incorrectly 3 times. I finally received a call to let me know it was ready. I arrived today to pick up my complete set, and low and behold, my set was still not right. My set is not centered, the gold tooth was placed in the wrong spot, and they did not fit. You’re first time supposed to be a great experience. But my wasn’t because of delays which I was on time for my appointment and still had to waited like a hour later to be seen not cool.
Sooo they wanted to provide partial services due to being under staffed and cancled all of their appointments for the day �
they are rude to patients and the nurses disappear for 45 minutes or more. this location is also filthy and outdated.

Not a good experience. My appointment was at five and I arrived early, was taken back for x-rays shortly after five then taken to a room where I sat for over an hour with no one coming back to tell me anything. I was getting ready to leave when someone walked back they were out of time and No services could be done at that point. That person coming back at that time was very rude and did not act professional. We sat in the waiting room for 2 hours before being called back. Then we sat an additional 2 hours before NOTHING was done. Ridiculous!!!!
Ill give the 2 because the actual procedure went about as well as i could have hoped thats where my positive experiance ends. So far i went back the next day for a checkup and after the dentist checked my prosthetics out, removed the upper and lower, he left and deligated it up to the nurse/xray lady to adjust and make sure i was taken care of, even though the doc said he'd return, he didnt no big deal.
