Don't know how long a first appt should be, but my appt was at 4 and didn't get out until 6. Visit included X-rays and exam by dentist. Besides the length of the appt, I was very pleased.
Dentist had an attitude. Was rude when I asked a question about the healing of my extraction. I have never had so much pain from an extraction. Or had a dentist so RUDE. I paid good money for my dental work, they will not receive another dime from me.
I had no problems on my initial visit which was for x-rays. I went back to get a tooth pulled and everything went well... So I thought. A few days later it felt like the roof of my mouth was torn. A day later it started to smell. I called to inform them of my concerns and was told they were completely booked and they couldn't see me until 6 days later.
