My appointment was at 8:00 am, they took me to get an x-ray. They put me in a dentist chair about 8:15 am, and that's where I stayed for forty to forty five minutes. No one came in to tell me why it was taking so long. I got up and went to the front desk to let the lady know that I was still there, she said that she thought I was finished. I had to make another appointment for the following Friday.

I received excellent care and examination of my teeth. Never had anything like it before. However, I cannot comeback as my bill of $645 for my exam was something I cannot afford. I'm retired and don't have that kind of money. Thank God for Credit Cards. Thanks

The worst dental experience I ever had. Would not recommend it to anyone.

My appointment was at 2pm, didn't get called to the back until 2:25. The assistant was kind but had difficulty getting an x-ray of my tooth. Finally I get to see the dentist and he tells me the roots he left in are usually covered by the gums but since I'm still in pain he has to cut them out!!! Now I have to endure more pain from another procedure!!! I said it has to wait because I go on vacation on Monday. If he had taken the time to see me last week I probably could've gotten this over with by now!!!

I got my wisdom tooth pulled 3 weeks ago tomorrow I still can't chew on the left side of my mouth! Had an appointment yesterday at 2pm dentist didn't even speak with me! His assistant said since the pain isn't as bad as it was last week to come back next week to see if it's better!!! Really?!! I've lost 13lbs since I got my tooth pulled!!! Don't make no damn sense

I arrived early wasn't seen until about 40 min later. The placed seemed a little unorganized. The dentist that treated me seemed to be in a rush. After my X-rays my gums were tested. Then the dentist came in looked at my X-rays and said, "You need 2 root canals." No explanation nothing, I just need 2 root canals. He smiled and also said, "You can get them today." I told the assistant that I have swelling and a knot under my gums.. I told him too... The only concern was, HOW WILL YOU PAY?!!! That was the only thing that took ... read more

I didn't have a good experience there at all. I was fully awake when getting wisdom teeth pulled and they didn't care. I mean damn. They really beat me up even if it was just when handling cavities. I would always complain but they would say things like "you're a big boy. You'll be fine". Shoot, I came in once to get some fill-ins at like 3 o'clock. They numbed my mouth and never came back. By 5 o'clock I had to leave with no work done. I don't regret not going back at all. I had a terrible experience there. I've since found... read more
