Not the best experience. Scheduled a cleaning, did not get the cleaning. Told I could come back later that same day for a cleaning after sitting in a chair for 30 minutes with no one coming in or checking on me or giving any info. They kept referring to me as a "new patient," although I had been going to them for years. During the last cleaning, they ripped out my permanent bottom retainer.
Avoid this place. Very dishonest and untrustworthy. Quality is terrible and I have pictorial proof. There so called repair of a denture, looked like super glue. Broke in less than 12 hours. Took to affordable dentures and fixed in 1 day, (not super glue 2 day scam) with no seam, still very good a year later. Additionally they did it at insurance cost. Not insurance + Aspen tried. First visit 12-02-19 the dentist came in looked at X-ray, and the tooth. He walked out and said he would be right back. Never seen him again. The office manager came got me and told me that a oral surgeon had to extract my tooth. They told me to be there at 6:30 which I was. The nurse came out and said the others would be in soon and get me started. At 7:12am no one had came got me and started anything. I left!!
My mom is going through open heart surgery soon and had to have a dental check up to move forward with this procedure. A very rude lady in the front office had her very upset last week as if the heart problem was not enough for her to be going through she had to deal with this woman who made her feel worse. I would NOT ever recommend this office and will be sure anyone I know or meet knows how rudely she was treated!!!!!
Wanted my teeth cleaned and after an hour or X-rays etc. was told I needed other work too. They would not clean my teeth unless I also got $400+ in dental work! Do not go to this office!
employees are not friendly. Such rude people
