Had to take my grandma to this dentist and one of the staff lady's was a bitch to me. Telling me to keep my kids quiet cause other patients are having their teeth done... Well if you ever had kids you would know it's hard to keep kids quiet and to stay sitting down... Stupid bitch is lucky I had my kids in the same room or she would of heard a earful...
The staff was very friendly but definitely a communication barrier with the dentist. I still can't wear my partial. It has never fit right and the dentist just keeps telling me I have to get used to it. I can't talk, eat or swallow with it in so what is the purpose of having it if ihave to take it out to socialize, which is what he suggested I do. I guess there guarantee only covers if the dentist is not satisfied. Would not recommend them for denture work.
