Tried to get me to have services done that exceeded my insurance allowance. Wouldn't work within my insurance allowance to help with costs so I couldn't even get a free cleaning that my insurance pays for 100%

Canceled my appointment last minute after I planned my appointment a month in advance. Did not follow up with promises made for information. On the second visit a different doctor found an issue on the X-rays from my first visit that the first doctor neglected to find.
Very rude behavior and had very bad experience , never going back again
Forced me to get a brand new denture just to do a small repair on my old one. Then the mold they made look terrific and fit well but the finished product was nothing like the molded plate. I coughed and gagged it just didn't fit correctly. Got called to come pick up the denture so my husband went since I work 3rds he got there they wouldn't let him have them said that I had to pick it up. Ripped me off. The work they did has caused major tooth decay. Spent 2000 dollars to have a tooth fall out. I thought at first they were great, now I wouldn't go back if it were free. Sorry Aspen Dental
The staff I dealt with was friendly, however their pricing for me was ridiculous. To clean, fill two cavities, and pull a wisdom tooth they wanted to charge me OVER $2,500. I do not have insurance which is my fault, but if I can't afford insurance what makes someone think I can afford a $2,500 procedure out of pocket up front at time of visit.

first visit, basically a exam. Knew I would have to have some major work done, had a infection which I got a script for that, now just have to think about having the work done, a lot of money, but not much choice. I had no problem.
They didn't treat me like they were supposed to felt pain even after all novacaine shots found out it was because of infection never was given antibiotics like I was supposed to be on . obviously this is why I was in soo much pain. Professionals I think not and i will be going and seeking a medical malpractice suit with my lawyer from bloomington.
