I have been a patient here for over 2 years and the only reason is because they are so close to my house but finally I decided I had enough. So hard to get an appointment and then they keep canceling and when you show up they keep you waiting for a long time and everything is. Upcharge, this is so expensive. And since the moment you walk in the door not even hello is just pay pay pay. It's time to hit the road goodbye. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

Had a pretty good experience here the two times I have visited. Hygienists we're nice and professional and they did a good job cleaning my teeth. Facility was clean and organized. I will point out I had a different hygienist each time, so not what I would have hoped for. Also, the last time I went for my 6 month cleaning, the dentist didn't see me at all. Is that normal? I originally wrote an awesome review when I first got my dentures but boy after they get your 5000 dollars things Change something happened to my bottom dentures and they needed replaced so I called the manager at Aspen to see about cost and what my options were the manager said she really wanted to help me and would call me back. Tried to up-sell me on unnecessary services. I just needed my teeth cleaned and they pressured me to schedule an appointment for a deep clean with novocaine for $1500. SCAM! Never going back, such a waste of time.

Very bad experience ,I should have read the reviews before going there . As everyone mentioned they care about money and told me like I need special cleaning and I have to pay close to 1000, they don't want to share the x-ray as digital copy , finally they told total bill of 2200 and the dentist don't even check for the cavities and I need to tell him where my teeth has cavities.i went with a toothache but they didn't do anything and just gave me a paper with how much money I have to pay for the things they told me.

Called this dentist and told them that it had been a while since I had been to the dentist and I needed a check up and cleaning. Got to the office and the staff was very nice! I got my X-rays done and was taken to the room. I thought that I was about to get my cleaning done. The dentist came in and checked my teeth for maybe 1 1/2 minutes and told me I had 2 wisdom teeth and that all of my teeth looked great. Worst experience with a dentist office ever. Don't go here expecting they actually care about the customer. If you have an issue that's needs resolving quickly or you're in pain, find someone else. These people only care how much money they can get out of you. I needed a simple tooth ground so it wouldn't dig in to my tongue. No can do here. Aspen Dental in Concord North Carolina across the street from the Northeast Hospital. you absolutely might want to think twice about getting an appointment here. I called them two days before my appointment time and told them that I was having a runny nose a little bit of chest congestion and a cough. They told me to come in anyway.
