Tried to up-sell me on unnecessary services. I just needed my teeth cleaned and they pressured me to schedule an appointment for a deep clean with novocaine for $1500. SCAM! Never going back, such a waste of time.

Very bad experience ,I should have read the reviews before going there . As everyone mentioned they care about money and told me like I need special cleaning and I have to pay close to 1000, they don't want to share the x-ray as digital copy , finally they told total bill of 2200 and the dentist don't even check for the cavities and I need to tell him where my teeth has cavities.i went with a toothache but they didn't do anything and just gave me a paper with how much money I have to pay for the things they told me.

Called this dentist and told them that it had been a while since I had been to the dentist and I needed a check up and cleaning. Got to the office and the staff was very nice! I got my X-rays done and was taken to the room. I thought that I was about to get my cleaning done. The dentist came in and checked my teeth for maybe 1 1/2 minutes and told me I had 2 wisdom teeth and that all of my teeth looked great. Worst experience with a dentist office ever. Don't go here expecting they actually care about the customer. If you have an issue that's needs resolving quickly or you're in pain, find someone else. These people only care how much money they can get out of you. I needed a simple tooth ground so it wouldn't dig in to my tongue. No can do here. Aspen Dental in Concord North Carolina across the street from the Northeast Hospital. you absolutely might want to think twice about getting an appointment here. I called them two days before my appointment time and told them that I was having a runny nose a little bit of chest congestion and a cough. They told me to come in anyway. Scam. Bait and switch crooks. Don't go here they try to confuse you and lie. Then switch pricing around
Worse dentist office I have ever gone to. Will be finding another office. Highway robbery and inexperienced staff. This location needs to be evaluated. Front desk staff rude. I have wasted many of hours here and money.
This was probably one of the worst dental experiences I've ever had. I called Aspen dental because I had excruciating tooth and gum soreness. They did get me in same day, however once I was seated they proceeded to tell me I had gingivitis ( mind you they also mentioned I took great care of my teeth so idk how/why I supposedly had gingivitis ) they told me that I needed to do a two-part cleaning (which I've never heard of) to alleviate the problem then they proceeded to walk me out to pay for said cleanings. They are really the worse, I been asking them to share my X-rays with my Periodontist and to send me a copy since day 1, over a month later I still have not receive them and they keep going in Circles telling me that they should be approved by their corporate office, after making many phone calls and emails I went personally in three occasions and they are still giving me the run around, I when to the office for a consultation and then for extractions, I had to agree to extract an tooth that I wasn't planing on extracting ... read more
