RecommendedThe whole staff is AMAZING! Went in this morning with tooth pain and they done everything they could to get me through it. Finally decided I wanted them pulled. They worked with me at getting me back in quickly and when they spoke with compassion you felt it! Wonderful people.

I will advise you to do not trust your health to this kind of business, do not let their friendliness fool you. I had an infection in my tooth which I had a referral and decided to be seen by Endo Heather L Ryan at Aspen Dental, when I got to my appointment the nurses were doing all types of X-rays which I asked why they were doing all this types of X-rays of full mouth, they replied, it is a part of first visit. Normally don't even take the time to write a bad review but I'm sick of this place. Showed up today for an appointment that they called me about non stop for the last 3 days. I confirmed the appointment over the phone 3 separate times. When I show up there is no appointment. This has happened every 6 months for the last 3 years. I'm done with this place. I took my kid out of school for her appointment and when we got there they lied to me and told me that they called me to cancel. They did not call me nor leave me a voicemail or send an email. No communication at all. I just confirmed the appointment the day before. We were hoping to transfer our whole family to this practice but now I'm going to find another place that respects my time as much as they want us to respect their time by showing up on time for appointments.
