Worse dentist office I have ever gone to. Will be finding another office. Highway robbery and inexperienced staff. This location needs to be evaluated. Front desk staff rude. I have wasted many of hours here and money.
This was probably one of the worst dental experiences I've ever had. I called Aspen dental because I had excruciating tooth and gum soreness. They did get me in same day, however once I was seated they proceeded to tell me I had gingivitis ( mind you they also mentioned I took great care of my teeth so idk how/why I supposedly had gingivitis ) they told me that I needed to do a two-part cleaning (which I've never heard of) to alleviate the problem then they proceeded to walk me out to pay for said cleanings. They are really the worse, I been asking them to share my X-rays with my Periodontist and to send me a copy since day 1, over a month later I still have not receive them and they keep going in Circles telling me that they should be approved by their corporate office, after making many phone calls and emails I went personally in three occasions and they are still giving me the run around, I when to the office for a consultation and then for extractions, I had to agree to extract an tooth that I wasn't planing on extracting ... read more
Be careful you call the center which is not the office than they get you in and milk you for every nickel you have. Just find a local dentist will save alot of $$%
A good experience took a turn for the WORSE. In short, my visit was to replace a crown. The $800-900 crown replacement quote from calling their online number is what brought me in. After the X-rays and exam I was given a quote of $3687 with an option to finance. Shocked at the 3x increase from the over the phone quote I asked Miranda for the cost breakdown. She obliged and gave me a print out of the itemized charges. Included was Cancer screening I didn't ask for $30, an Oral B Brush $135, cleaning of each tooth $17 - $287!... read more
