Do not come here! Came in for some gum pain and they told me it was my wisdom teeth growing in and I'd need to get them removed. Initial office visit was fully covered by my insurance company. They then told me I'd also need a root canal on a tooth that had a bad cavity which I knew about and also needed taken care of. Unprofessional and rude staff. Needed major dental work done and the staff was literally joking around and dancing which led to the woman who took a scan of my mouth to CREATE my dentures to make them wrong. They ended up not fitting and not even having hooks on them. My anniversary is coming up... March 17,2023 was when I paid Aspen Dental for a cleaning as detailed in my previous review & updates. I'm still out $110.00 because Aspen will not contact my insurance company to straighten it out and forfeit the money that is mine. I guess they assume that since they refunded the amount that I was coerced into putting on my credit card that I would be silent about the rest. The office is clean and staff is cordial but either they aren't aware of their business practices, or they intentionally deceive their patients. Needed front tooth repaired, due to injury at work 10/1/23. Came in and explained it would be a Workman's Comp case, they replied that they would require a $1000 deposit to initiate dental plan. The reviews are right when they say this is not a great dental office chain. I had two veneers replaced there, and the dentist removed entirely too much tooth, to where the new veneers have a hard time holding. Two of my veneers now come off if I eat something too hard, and for the next ten years or until it's replaced with something, something that now will have to be anchored to the bone, I have to stay away from certain hard foods. i'm living a nightmare!! i went to the Concord office. dr. lee pulled four 4 molars on top right away. all but one upper molar i had left.i have x-rays from another dentist a year ago. it shows no reason why 2 of those 4 molars should have been pulled. he makes a "temp" partial. the partial never fit. it was too big then he shaved it down too much and now it's loose. never have been able to wear it. dr. lee never told me these were temporary and were not for eating.... and that a clip-on denture would be my final appointmen... read more

I have been a patient here for over 2 years and the only reason is because they are so close to my house but finally I decided I had enough. So hard to get an appointment and then they keep canceling and when you show up they keep you waiting for a long time and everything is. Upcharge, this is so expensive. And since the moment you walk in the door not even hello is just pay pay pay. It's time to hit the road goodbye. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

Had a pretty good experience here the two times I have visited. Hygienists we're nice and professional and they did a good job cleaning my teeth. Facility was clean and organized. I will point out I had a different hygienist each time, so not what I would have hoped for. Also, the last time I went for my 6 month cleaning, the dentist didn't see me at all. Is that normal? I originally wrote an awesome review when I first got my dentures but boy after they get your 5000 dollars things Change something happened to my bottom dentures and they needed replaced so I called the manager at Aspen to see about cost and what my options were the manager said she really wanted to help me and would call me back.
