I had the best hygienist today , Monica, at Concords office, she is nice, gentle and easy to talk too. She did a great job! Then I had Shannon check me out and handled my paperwork beautifully and met Dr. Yoo who is awesome and doing all my work in the future, thank you guys I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist and went home with a big smile!
I honestly can't say enough good things. The staff was amazing, in every aspect! From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentist. I can't think of one single complaint. The girls at the front desk , Shannon and Katie, were absolutely amazing to say the least. They went above and beyond the call of duty for my family and I'm very greatful for it. Huge kudos to this office for having such a great team of experts! I'll be sending a letter to corporate to make sure they get the recognition they deserve! :)
My insurance dictates that we go to Aspen and I was a bit anxious as the Manchester location was not my favorite but Concord is fantastic. They always fit me in when needed and take real good care of my family. Our hygienist Wendy is amazing. She always makes us feel comfortable and has the most pleasant demeanor. My son and I don't mind going to see her. I wanted to thank Dr. Too for a great experience on my visit on August 31st. He was very kind and patient. I would recommend him to anyone who has fear of a dentist or had had a bad experience.
Everyone, dump your current dentists and see Dr Yoo and his staff right now. If you don't that's on you, but you're wasting time and money.
I just started going to Aspen in Concord in May 2016. Being in the health care profession, I was extremely impressed with their customer service and the emphasis that is placed on the relationship between dental and overall health. Staff and Dentist explain everything and are happy to take the time to do so. They are also great about insurance authorizations and other aspects of dealing with patients with no dental coverage. I've been a patient for several years, so for me, that speaks volumes. Their new location is super nice and at a very convenient location. My hygenist Wendy is the nicest one I've ever know in my 50+ years. Even when I skipped a couple of appointments (bad move), whi ch made cleaning a bit tougher for her, she was very kind and not condescending about it.
