Aspen is a horrible company and there’s an entire group based on letting other people Know how horrible it is. Pulling wrong teeth, charging thousands of dollars for a filling, taking money then not doing the service. Runnnnnnn from aspen.

So I went and got a wisdom tooth pulled a few months back, non surgical, just numbed me up and pull it, took about 3 minutes, $216, they wanted to pull the other one too but I didn't feel the need to I call today to make an appointment to get it done, reception tells me that it will be the same price $216, and that she had to check with the doctor (different doctor that helped me before), I wait 10 minutes before she gets back in the phone to tell me that it will now be just under $400 because they only do surgical extract... read more

The system they use for calculating what you pay out of pocket is horrible. Charged my kid $159.86 when he should have only had to pay $20.40. What they do is take their “full price”’and run it thru an “estimator “ to tell them what they think the insurance will pay. They subtract the insurance amount from the full price and make you pay the difference upfront. In this case the full price was $230 and the insurance estimate was $70.14 leaving the $159.86 difference which is what they charged him. There are several ... read more

Awful experience! Couldn’t get my crown prep right, 3 impressions later and still no crown. Will not go back

The day before my appointment I was told to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrive 20 minutes early and was told the Hygentist is backed up on appointments and she said I could wait but wanted me to reschedule. I asked how long a wait and was told 50 minutes. So I said I can run an errand and come back. I came back at 5:30 and was told to reschedule even though they were open til 6PM that day. I have called at least 5x now to tell you over the past 5 years that while my son is on my insurance, he is 26 years old and HE IS THE GUARANTOR of his own account!!! Everyone I’ve spoken with says they will fix it, yet NOW I AM in collections. No worries, I’ll be bubbling this up to the BBB and Insurance Commissioner. I can’t even get ahold of the so-called collection agency to explain ASPEN’S error

Make the waiting time in the Lounge after the procedures shorter. Who wants to have a procedure and then wait 10 to 20 minutes to check out? You are given the price at check in and before the procedure so I don't see why the administrative part takes so long. Other than this, they are just fine.

It hasn't been that long since my last dental visit, but a change in insurance led me to Aspen. Oh my word! My teeth aren't perfect but I try to stay on top of issues and my last many years worth of dental visits I've gotten pretty much a clean bill of health. I do need to get one filling replaced because a part of it recently fell out, and I mean RECENT. No pain in my mouth anywhere. I walked out of there today being quoted over $6k worth of dental work.
