Erin is my hygienist and I am very pleased with her. Sometimes it's hard to make sure my appt is with her, but I really like her so I work at that. Pleased overall with this office. They do try to help with pricing which is much appreciated.

Wasnt expecting to be scammed so hard from this company. I Went in for a cleaning and a filling, ended up with excruciating pain. Turned out to be decay behind my brand new fillings and all of a sudden I need a root canal. I’m not the only person I know that this place has done this to. They maxed out my care credit initially and you know what their suggestion was for my current predicament? Ask for a credit line increase. Absolutely insane, avoid at all costs. 😡 pretty messed up when I scheduled my appointment I gave you guys my insurance which appointments are made through call center. But then last week I spoke to someone at the office itself to make sure they got my X-rays from my last dentist and get the realese of records form. That lady once again took my insurance and even asked for my member ID and said okay your all good. Had 3 tooth pulled out on December 21. 3 days after they pulled my tooth out I'm experiencing sore gum and I can't hardly opened my mouth to eat! My husband calls Aspen dental emergency number on December 24 twice! and told my husband that she's gonna pass it on and they never call us back. And today Monday December 26 9:30 this morning trying calling Aspen dental emergency number again because my tooth is still aching nobody call us back! time right now is 12:30pm!
