Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who has sanity. First visit was almost 2 hours of waiting around. Xray machines down, system down. Didn’t give any information or explain anything. Once we were ready to check out the system was still down. Was told i’d get a call that afternoon to get the treatment plan sent over. That was a Thursday. Didn’t hear anything by the following Monday so I reached out. I got a full price but nothing broken down- had to request that again. Finally sent almost 10k of work that needed to be done. RUDE!!! They said I don’t have an appointment then just me an email and it had the date that they said it wasn’t confirmed for! The front office person spoke very rudely in person and over the phone. Used a condescending tone when I asked about a certain procedure then told me I used the wrong word. She laughed the. Hung up on me. When I called back she sent it to voice mail. Okonoboh Sydney is a DMD At Aspen In canton Georgia he supposed to take 4 my teeth but this men take 15 my teeths I don’t know why I went home with pain the. Do not even think about making A appt. They have done nothing but make my husbands mouth worse. Even in a emergency with a really bad infection they didn’t wanna do a single thing. My husband could have been admitted to the hospital. That’s how bad infection was. They keep feeding patients with antibiotics and the front desk just didn’t seem to care. Even with the golf ball size knot on his face. Will be talking to a lawyer to see what we can do about this malpractice. DONT DO IT!

Let me count the ways. I have a friend who 69 years old. Needed to have dental work done to have a hip replacement. Now these teeth have never given her ANY problems. So she contacts Aspen. They saw her 2 times. Once for the X-rays and consultation. 2nd appt her blood pressure was up so she can’t have work done. Appt not offered or rescheduled. Meantime she she is now having dental issues. Called Aspen NUMEROUS times. Would not return her calls. Furthermore they collect $672 up front before the 2nd appointment. This has been... read more

the attitude and customer service, very professional and welcoming. I have never been treated in such a great manner at the dentist office, absolutley 5 star with out question.

Website Says tooth extraction starting at $143. I had 2 extracted and was charged $500. I believe I was over charged! Looking at possibly filing a complaint with the state attorney general for price gouging!
