Great staff. They did there best to get us financed. Just didn’t work out, but they even gave us other options.

While it took a month to get my first appointment, they were extremely helpful with getting me followup appointment very quickly. They also did an excellent, professional, and courteous job on getting my insurance completed. I was very impressed with their effort and patience with me when there were other people in the office. The seemed to keep everyone moving with very little wait time between patients.

Everything Aspen said I needed was not needed When I went for a second opinion Wish I knew legally I could of gotten my records Even thought first day was free I was told I needed a crown on one of two teeth 🦷 (dint even know which one ) 🤦‍♀️ And powder in gum line Antibiotic Not covered by my insurance I was told They took me into a finance office to get money for next visit For things I dint need I have good insurance And I have no problem paying when work is done I said then I was told can’t you at least giv... read more

I waited 2+ hours for them to give me a perscription for antibiotics when I had a appointment.

Staff was very unprofessional and they were very slow. I was there for 3hrs and they didn't even clean my teeth. I will never be going back there!

This place is a joke. I went there today with the expectations of getting teeth extracted because the "Call Center" advised me the dentist would give me his recommendation and then ask me what my thoughts were. The doctor there on 7/5/2018 advised me when trying to talk to him, that he was the one with the dental degree not me. I will never return there. So sad I can't give them a 0 or I would. Wasted $50.00 to Lyft there.

unfortunately I chipped the center of my front two teeth....I scheduled an appt. w aspen dental, got there on time and they told me they wouldn't take me back because I wasn't 15mins early. Now waiting another week for an available appointment I was honestly embarrassed to smile or talk to anyone in public. Finally when I arrive at my second appt., 15 minutes early, I waited to be taken care of for 2 plus hours. The filling fell out after 3 days.
