If I come in for a tooth extraction and that’s all, that doesn’t mean thump around on my other teeth looking for more possible work or money to be made. I don’t want your cleaning service or your hygienist services or for you to tell me what my teeth conditions are. I didn’t come in to be friends or to have you as my family dentist, I came in for a tooth removal. Once finished your forgotten until the next tooth to come out and I’m shopping around. My husband went here as our insurance covers cleanings, bitewings and some other things all for a $20 copay--When it came to the cleaning they had him prepay $241 for a "Special Cleaning" saying he had some gum disease and could not do a regular cleaning--I disputed that with their office and they did refund his money--He did however see another dentist last week who found NO GUM PROBLEMS and did the normal cleaning that he requested from Aspen--We will not be going back to this office..........

Extremely long wait. 1 1/2 hours to only have x rays done. Never was seen by a hygenist nor a doctor. Wasnt told when i made the appointment that i wouldnt be getting a cleaning on same day my appointment was made for. Will go out of my way to go back to previous dentist office.

Appointment was for 3:15 PM. Finally called in at 4:20 PM. Apart from this delayh, experience was A-1. Staff knowledgeable and efficient. Found that toothache caused by broken tooth with infection extending to root. Scheduled for extraction in a week, giving antibiotic a chance to work.

So they told me on the phone could accommodate and work with me since I didn't quality for care credit. I go there wait for 1-2 hrs before ever seeming anyone then they tel me 2400$ to fix 1 TOOTH!!!!! And the only way they can do it is half up front and half after. I run 3 restaurants in Horry county and can't wait to spread the word how terrible and Unhelpful they are. The lady on the phone was full of crap then I get to office and none of it was true. Waste of my day and time an I'll make sure EVERYONE I know, knows this.... read more

I called for my first appointment and was told that it would be on a certain day and I would get a call back with the time. The day before the appointment I called because I had not been called back. I was told that I did not have an appointment that day. Another day was scheduled. The hygienist had to leave for an emergency and it was rescheduled. I had my initial appt on June 16th was for a consultation. That lasted 2 hours My next appt June 23rd at 1230 lasted almost 3 hours. Because they didn't allow enough time for what needed to be done I was asked to come back the next day. June 24th after being at my appt for 1 hour and 5 minutes, I got out of the chair after being alone for 35 minutes.
