Staff is friendly however we took our Mom to a scheduled appointment and were told that they most have messed up the schedule. We had the appointment card showing the correct time. No accommodation was given for their mistake. It takes several hours to help Mom get ready for an appointment and get her there on time. Said they were just too busy. I wonder what charges there would be if we stood up an appointment. Disappointed.

The staff was very nice and helpful to us and gave me and my brother a lot of information on Dentures. My brother needs replacements after his surgery to have his teeth removed. And I would recommend Aspen to anyone very friendly place.
Always a pleasant (as can be expected) experience when I come here. I trust no one else to take care of my teeth �.

Love the staff and the doctors. Aspen is always friendly and helpful. No problems scheduling timely appointments. Love that your next cleaning appointment is set up before you leave and that the office gives you reminder calls and emails.

First I like the fact that my first consultation was a free visit. Besides, I came into contact with seven employes. From the receptionist, to the x-ray tech, to the dental hygienists, and to the physicians, everyone was courteous and professional. I am planning on pursuing my treatment with Aspen.
