In 7-8 years I have not seen a dentist but due to a tooth pain I called aspen dental. Being so many years since having a tooth pulled I was nervous about a needle in my mouth and the tooth pulled. The last tooth I had pulled was by aspen dental but a different location. Dr. McCraith did amazing job. Never felt the needle and the tooth gave way easy. They closed the Cortland office and did not notify people that had appointments scheduled.
I wasn’t going to do this, but i am. I am pissed off and very upset. Aspen Dental gave me the absolute worst experience. What happened to me shouldn’t have happened. •my body shouldn’t have went into shock over 1 extraction •I shouldn’t have had a waterfall of blood pouring out of my mouth for 12 hours •i went 24 hours without eating or drinking water, simply because i couldnt, due to all of the blood. •i wasn’t prescribed any pain medication for the pain. -Let’s rewind to November- I scheduled an appointment due to too... read more
everything was pretty nice right up till the time we discussed insurance and found out that the insurance we have(G H I preferred) wouldnt cover extractions or oral surgeons and the reason being was that the oral surgeon didnt accept our insurance but aspen dental did which means an almost 2000$ bill for 3 teeth to be extacted. our insurance would actually cover it if the surgeon would have accepted our insurance...but at least we found that all out before any work was done, just wish they would exspect more out of the surge... read more
The people were very friendly at Aspen dental..i called and made for denture realignment..they told me they do that. SUPRISE they do not..wasted my time and theirs.
I like the place and the people. They seem to be very good at what they do. I did have a cleaning appointment cancelled on me because they didn't have someone to do the job. It took a while before they called me for a new appointment. I was alittle mad at my last visit they said I had to pay $40 dollars for fluoride. My insurance wouldn't cover it. I could of sworn they did last time. I didn't have any cash or credit cards on hand. I said can you just bill me for it. And they said no!!! It kind of pissed me off. I paid a lot... read more
