Finding a a new place! I have been waiting two months for my 6 month cleaning to show up for my appointment to be told it was cancelled and I was informed! Sorry I don't think I would have left work 2 hours early for an appointment that was cancelled had I know!!

I made an appointment for 4pm CLEANING only. I left the office at 7:30 pm. As a new patient I was given every X-ray possible. I was never asked when my last one was. I was never asked if I would like to transfer files from my last dentist. I asked for cost repeatedly. I was worried that I would be charged hundreds if not a thousand of dollars for all these X-rays. I was not allowed to opt out. Several times I considered just leaving. I went here about a year and three months ago to replace a crown and veneer that were wearing down because they were 10+ years old. Today, the new veneer that I have and for that year and 3 months chipped while eating something soft and is currently hanging off my tooth. The dentist who took care of me while I was there convinced me to get a different veneer than the porcelain that I was getting replaced.
