Only 3 stars because we were told to arrive at 10 for tooth extraction ...waited an hour for appt then told to come back at 4 ....however....the facility was clean and comfortable the staff was wonderful and the oral surgeon was very knowledgeable and kind 👍

Went for my first visit and was very surprised at the overall reception. i was so scared but the hygenist was so gentle. I was given options and a realistic payment plan so I could get what I wanted and I was very happy. My extractions are on Thursday and from there on the plates. everything is so coordinated but at the same time so personal. The best dental or medical experience I have had.
So far very pleased wiith them. Very accommodating.
Nice friendly staff and they are very informative. Very nice experience. Dental hygienist, Megan, was very good and gental. I would definitely recommend.
I am very pleased with Aspen Dental I very much feel welcomed with a pleasant welcome from ladies behind counter & Jamie , I like very much the new Hygentist Megan she was nice , gentle & understanding in my condition of which makes me a hard customer but she made it easy and comfortable , Thank u Megan , Also to the Dentist for being concerned about my nose I got a call from the ENT after I spoke to family dr on referral I told her about my dental apt what was said this helped in hurrying up the referral. I have been very pleased with the staff and care I received at the cortland Aspen Dental! Beginning with the receptionist, Ashley who is always very sweet and greets me with a huge smile, to the assistants Jessica and Aftin always make me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment my name is called. They both have treated me like one of their life long friends, we always have conversations about our kids, and it just seems to make me less tense. I've had quite a few appts. now and I haven't had a bad expierence yet... From the staff to the Drs. everyone is pleasant.. Enjoy every time I go there... They found things that were wrong with my teeth that the last dentist that I went to never told me... I feel very comfortable there and they go over everything with me so I know what to expect and understand as to what is going to happen and how it is done.. Hats off to you!
