If I could give negative I would. I had an appointment set up, they were told I needed an extraction. I get there at 8:30 and go back for x-rays. Only expect an x-ray of my tooth but they x rayed everything. The mouth pieces tore up my gums. Then I get to the room. A lady comes in and tells me what's wrong and that I have three teeth with eroding enamel. No problem with that. The customers in the waiting room complained about thr dentist not doing anything for them after waiting for a hour and a half to get back there. I had already waited 30 minutes. Ive been to dentists like that before and will not go through that again. Also they didn't act very professional in the front office.

I made an appt. Last Wednesday for a root canal because I was in severe pain, which i still have. I paid my 60% up front and today they waited 5 min before they closed to tell me they can't do my root canal and offers not solution on how I can get this done asap. They act like they care but the fact that I've been in pain for so long and still can't get a root canal proves otherwise
It only gets one star because 0 isn’t an option. 7:45 appointment show up 20 min early like they asked for paperwork. Wait until almost 9 until I get called back. Take X-rays get stuck in another waiting room until they can figure out what room I’m going into. Nurse gives my teeth a once over says wait for the dr when he finally shows up probably 20 min later he looks says you need a root canal or get it pulled and walks out. A close family member of mine [relationship and name redacted for privacy] had major oral surgery here ladt Tuesday (14 teeth pulled, 2 wisdom teeth cut out, fat flap from cheek removed to cover hole in sinus, etc.. it was a big deal). Before surgery she was very nervous about the pain she would deal with afterwards and they assured her that she would be well taken care of and that they would NOT let her suffer. Terrible. Do NOT go here. Appointment was at 7 the doors weren’t even open until 715. After two hours I had as still in waiting room. I needed work on one tooth and they took a thousand X-rays and recommended me come back for a root canal that I knew that I needed. 3 hours and 15 minutes into a appointment I was took into a office for payment and sat there for 20 minutes. I just left. Don’t waste your time here.
I had a dental appt and also was suffering from an abscess of my number thirty tooth... I have had abscesses before and always had received pain pills but not this time!! I am still suffering they gave me antibiotics and told me to take ibuprofen. So they are definitely not very caring for patients in pain! So if your having a pain problem do not recommend going there at all!!!!! But if u have crappy dental insurance or no insurance then they have the resources of getting u a loan!! And sometimes that's worth the pain!!
OMG EVERY TIME I HAVE BERN HERE IT TAKES THEM FOREVER TODAY MY MOM HAD APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP HER OVER PRICED DENTURES AND WE HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER A HOUR!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR BRING FOOD AND A SLEEPING BAG
