This is the most incompetent dental office I’ve ever dealt with. Never going back again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here EVER
First, We had already seen a oral surgeon for wisdom teeth extraction on Aug 20 paid out of pocket for exam and X-rays went through the whole process with him unfortunately when we got to the insurance part they told me the upfront cost I would have to pay and BCBS of Al would reimburse me and they would send in the claim for me $1,073 for everything that is also for putting my 18 yr old to sleep for the procedure. Never will I ever go here again. I went to gardendale first. They charged me for stuff the never said anything about. This time I went to Cullman because my tooth that aspen had previously done a root canal on was infected. They were not helpful. I told them I just wanted it pulled. They wouldn’t do it. Sent me to an Endodontist who guess what doesn’t pull teeth either only retreats them. So I was of thousands for a root canal that wasn’t done properly to begin with. Aspen Dental as a whole is all about the money. I have been to two different locations. The first location wanted to sale me an electronic toothbrush that would sync with my smart phone (which I didn't have at the time) along with some other none sense which totalled $1000.00 for a cleaning!!! The latest visit was for a filling. I explained that I have severe anxiety at a dentist office.......actually scared to death....the dentist didn't bother to tell me what was going on in my mouth. They really should put there cell phones down! And my hubby wait hour get back to room, and two hours before they came in.
Aspen dental is a great place they treated me with respect and they also treated like I was the only one there .
if the manager of the cullman aspen dental really wants to fix their mistake they can call the number that is on my Patient info for Melody Moose, been almost a month and i have already pulled out two separate pieces of tooth and a third piece is stuck in there. So I am going to post a picture below of the extraction site.
Only gave a 1 because there are no lower numbers! Been here since 8:30 which was 30 minutes before appointment time. It's 12:15 now and still waiting. This place is a damn joke and will not ever be back. The appointment was for my son in law but l will make sure he never comes back.
