Hi, I would recommend this office to everyone! From booking appointments, x-rays, Lesa in finance, the dental assistants & last but not least Dr Pai. I was a very nervous apprehensive patient. I had extractions & partials made. Very clean professional & caring. I know I will return as needed anytime. I no longer "dread" going to the dentist. I've been coming to Aspen Dental for many years and over the last year their customer service has been phenomenal! In the past the front office staff was very rude but what a change they have made! All of the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. And I can't even begin to tell how great the dentists are. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
I was At Aspen Dental in Danbury,, Ct The Staff were very Friendly and NiKi was so great with the cleaning she did and was very gentle. i will never have fear again about getting my teeth cleaned again. This the place you can bring your children and never worry about the care they we get there. Thank you A Wonderful staff an a great Doctor

Feel like it was a “bait and switch” appointment. One price quoted when I made the appointment for a basic cleaning, exam and X-rays. At the visit was told more work was needed and they can’t honor the quoted price because it was quoted from the “call answering center” Unprofessional and dishonest
Visit Aspen Dental in Danbury if you want to be traumatized by the pain of an extraction. Justified by Dr Bandla and the office manager because it was my daughter first extraction. Paid in cash and they didn’t complete procedure or refund money.
I am really upset... first time going in was yesterday I was so excited about this dentist as I've been going thru dentist left and right.. i had to have a deep cleaning today and I was under the impression that my insurance would cover all this they spoke to my insurance company yesterday and said we are good to go so I get all my work done today they than told me my bill is $550 and my insurance isn't covering anything I am lived right now and will be speaking to my uncle who is a attorney im really hoping cooperate calls... read more
