If I did not already have a Dentist I would probably go here. I was disappointed at the fact when I called I told them specifically what I needed a Root Canal Specialist and they said no problem we have an appointment today 2:00. I took the appointment only to get there go threw all the 20 X Rays and find out there is only a Dentist on duty, specialist would be there June 12 you can come back. I was also not to pleased about the length of time I was there! I did not walk out of there until 3:55!

My experience was horrible.. from the front desk, definitely the Dentist , had me wait an hour's before starting on my cleaning until I spoke with them about cost which I had to pay all at once before the touch me.. not a great experience except for the hygienist.. I can write a horror story abt my time there but I will leave it this..

I went in for my 6 month cleaning/check up. The teeth cleaning part of my visit was good. Hygienist was very professional and did a great job. After she took my x-rays, I was escorted to a chair where the dentist would give me a quick exam. There was nothing quick about it. I sat in the chair for over 20 minutes at which time I got fed up and left.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Walked me thru the whole process and all details.
My husband went to Aspen and got a printout of his "plan" which is totally ridiculous. They supposedly went according to codes for our dental coverage; however we are being charged for things that are supposed to be FREE, overcharged on quite a few items, and there are codes which our dental coverage does not even have, which of course are NOT covered. They are also charging $130 for electric brush - REALLY???? In addition, he was told 1/3 up front or the TOTAL amount on credit BEFORE treatment even starts. Sorry, but we DO ... read more
Today I had an appointment at 8:15am. I arrived at 7:50am with all the new patient paperwork already completed and signed that I downloaded from their online services. I took the extra steps to come prepared because I wanted to make sure I could get out and make it into work on time. Not only did the Danbury office not honor my appointment time but they did not have the common courtesy or good customer service sense to keep me informed about what was happening, why I haven't ... I go to Aspen because they take my Insurance. My out of pocket was really very high. They offer Care Credit card with no interest for 18months. The problem with that is its18 months interest free regardless of the balance. However if u don't have the cash to pay they got u by the .....
