Rip off stay away. They don’t stand by their work and pressure you for more money!
It took of two hours for the appt. and that wasn't due to thoroughness. I just needed a broken tooth fixed and they end up trying to get me to over $14,000.00 of work. Yeah, that's the number. My teeth are in good shape according to my normal dentist but they wanted to perform all kinds of work on them. When I asked to just get the tooth that was broke, that would cost me a little over $4000.00. WOW ! One of the worst dental experiences ever. X-ray process was extremely painful, evaluation by dentist was poor, evaluation by hygienist was inaccurate; telling me I had a problem when there was none. Went to my former dentist who assured me my teeth and gums were is good condition. Shame on you for trying to bilk me of my money just because I had insurance. Stay away!
By not trying to sell you things you don't want....all they care about is getting you to spend money
It is all about business. They don’t really care about the patient just what they can sell you. Started with rude help at front desk. Dentist and tech were very nice but unfortunately they are surrounded by sharks. Will never go back.
Okay, So having surgery and called for an appointment. I told them I needed a cleaning and exam before my surgery. They did the x-rays then into the seat when the hygienist came in and checked my teeth, yet did not clean. then they sat me in this lounge where I sat to the point I fell asleep. Terrible sales team. Root canal specialist refused to treat my son' tooth. Be careful when it comes to bills and your insurance coverage. They wanted me to pay for the procedure even when my dental plan would cover the filling 100%. Thanks to the receptionist Jasmine who was willing to call and help me to prove that I was right and I should Not pay for anything as Johanna from sales team wanted to me to pay. I don't trust the administration office besides the receptionist. Waiting to get my $687.20 back. Very disappointed!

I have been a patient of Aspen Dental since November 2017 in The Villages Florida. At that time I had 21 teeth removed and had six implants placed in preparation for dentures. The doctors and staff were great. As I have a house in Cape Cod I was told that if I had any problems that I could see any Aspen Office. I was seen on Cape Cod for a problem and they were also great and no charge as I had paid for my dentures. This past Monday one of the screw tops came out. For someone who is petrified of dentists took me years to go back as I had very bad experiences in past. I was very happy with Aspen Dental Dr Pinkos and his staff. Made me very comfortable and relaxed. Did a great job so far. Thank you
