My experience at Aspen Dental has been fabulous! Actually looking forward to my appointment this morning! A couple weeks ago I had tooth pulled it was a long process because the tooth was so contrary, but Deetra was such a help in making sure I was comfortable before we even started that it didn't seem so long. Dr. Deitz was wonderful and so very patient with this process! All the staff has gone ABOVE and BEYOND!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My experience here was great. Everyone in the office was so friendly. Hilary was very welcoming upon arrival. Madison assisted me first and was very helpful... Kasey made my experience great, as she was super gentle when she numbed me for my fillings. Great atmosphere!

This is an awesome dental practice! (And I've worked in several.) I was made to feel comfortable from the start. Kristen welcomes you with a smile! Leann was very knowledgeable and super nice! Kasey cleaned my teeth and was very informative. Deetra makes everyone feel at home. The office manager, Kim, is great! She does everything she can to help you. I went in to get my denture repaired. paid for the visit in cash. got a receipt. 2 weeks later got a bill for this. went back in and the man at the desk was pretty rude. said he'd have the office manager look into it. this was also the individual that took my cash. so yesterday I got a text stating I STILL owe this. I have called and left numerous messages for them to call me and NOTHING. I demand to know where my cash payment went!

I made three visuals to get a filling replaced when it fell out. First visit waited over an hour in the lobby. Once I was seen, all I got was a barrage of X-rays and over an hour waiting to see someone. Apparently there was an emergency that came in. Over 3 hours and never was a doctor. Second attempt, first patient of the day, I was given an assess and told to come back. No filling again. However, I was asked to put $1,000 down for upcoming dental work. website says that they offer emergency services. I am a current patient in pain and they can not see me until the end of next week! yeah, that's seeing emergency patients huh? NOT! plus, staff there is rude with almost every interaction I've had.

So much for emergency service. I am a patient of several years of Aspen Dental, so when I lost a crown, I expected them to get me in quickly. They told me the earliest they can get me in is five days from now. Sounds like false advertising.
