This is the most painful and horrible dental experience I have ever had. I needed a tooth pulled because of a cavity and decay. The dentist started off by breaking off a huge part of my tooth which went into the back of my mouth . Luckily I could retrieve it myself otherwise I would have aspirated. After a multitude of visits for my 85 year old mother, with COPD, and a payment of $1600 for a top denture, the denture STILL did not fit right! They wanted to start all over. Mom did not feel well, so she put off returning, for months. Mom's health does not allow her to return 6-8 more times to HOPE they finally get it right! Aspen kept the previous poorly fitting denture, basically said we must be lying that we did not take it.. and now, refuse to offer even a *partial* refund of her $1600 paid! They go straight to the x-ray prior to a dentist even looking to see what you came for. So there is a huge charge. Then when you see the dentist doesn't explain what he sees he just goes straight into discussing expensive treatment without explaining why. By that time I am too pissed to care what he has in mind and then to downgrade what prior dentist have done previously. Like he knows better than the rest. It is a money thing with this office. I will not be going back.
Do NOT go to Aspen Dental in Danville. Constant turnover of staff plus they OVERCHARGE then will not refund after insurance pays. Total rip off ! Run as fast as you can to another provider.
I think the people are nice,but the cost of dental care is ridiculous.Thats why people don’t go,Unlike Dentist’s most people don’t have an unlimited supply of money
I will never go back to Aspen Dental in Danville,Ky,they thought I couldn’t hear what they said about me I heard everything they said they wanted to pull all my teeth & give me dentures & I don’t need dentures all I needed was 2 teeth filled so I wouldn’t recommend a dog to go there because I went to a new dentist & all I needed was 2 teeth filled!!!!!
Very unhappy with the horse teeth you sold me! I already had a top denture and wasted my money on buying a complete set. Well it’s been since November and I only had 5 teeth in the bottom to pull but yet all you have done is cause me to have so much pain and sores from the horse teeth I missed Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner and here I still can’t eat and this is January!I just want my permanent ones made like my old ones instead of being stuck with horse teeth and not able to eat anything but applesauce and soft foods!! This place is outrageous on their prices, $1600 to deep clean teeth😡 I will never go back there I think it’s a money racket, this place is a real joke and some of the people there were very rude and hateful, would never recommend anyone to this place😡
I tell you what this place is a joke!!!! My wife had a tooth pulled last Thursday and still today she is hurting worse than when she went in. They give her 8 shots and it took 45 min after tht to get the tooth out!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for humans or animals!!!!����
