I was refused a dental cleaning because “It would be negligent if I cleaned your teeth and did not do more” a euphemism for performing thousands of dollars of dental work. Do not waste your time on this over priced unprofessional place. Canceled my appointment because I didn’t confirm it. WTH. I have a temporary crown on of coarse I’m going to be there.

They were so nice and explained everything. I was at ease and I have anxiety.
Went in last spring in severe pain from a cracked tooth. Spent 45 mins doing X-rays n having different staff look in my mouth. Being n pain next thing I know there are multiple (not 1 or 2 but 4 or 5 nurses n the doctor) staff looking down at me saying I’m sorry your in pain but we can’t help you. This was because I wouldn’t sign up for a treatment plan, I refused to apply for care credit n had no current insurance they could charge immediately... so obviously they refused help me with some kind of antibiotic or pain medic... read more
My experience today was a total joke. I went in for emergency treatment of dry socket. They made me go through the entire process of a comprehensive exam, x-rays, 3d scan, hygienist poking and prodding at my teeth and gums. I was then lectured on what services I will need after the socket is healed. All of this while I am in immense pain, and begging them to just get the dentist to pack the socket. I went to Aspen dental because my upper bridge had come out. I was lied to about what was needed. They were wanting to pull my teeth with the crowns and make an upper denture or put in implants for nearly $15,000.00. I went to my regular dentist. He said my crowned teeth did not need to be pulled. He is making me a partial for my missing teeth. Less then $1,000.00

Ok I am 59 years old. I was assaulted several years ago and lost some teeth. I had partials my partials broke so I went to Aspen dental Danville Ky. They did their stuff and said that I needed all my teeth pulled and dentures. I don't know how much it cost I borrowed 3500 and they charged my Delta Dental what ever they could. I'm on blood thinners I told them that.
