Traveled a little distance to get to this office because they came recommended. Definatly worth the drive. Clean, professional. Will be coming back and sending my family and friends. Everyone was great and knowledgeable.
Everyone from receptionist,finacial person, dental assist. and Dentist in Deer Park NY were absolutely amazing. I am a 67 yr old that needed a lot of help and understanding. Their patience with me was extraodinary . I am 24 hours post extractions and with partials Took a total of 90 minutes and i cried happy tears Thank you all at Aspen!
Took my cousin for an emergency dental visit today after she went to the Smilist (deer park) on Tuesday & was experiencing more pain than normal. I booked online & was given one of their very first appt. Oh man what a great experience! I took my friend to the Commack location on Jericho Tpke to get implants and the office staff was so accommodating and professional, and her outcome was amazing! Thank you Aspen Dental for restoring my faith in people and the dental industry! I will continue to be a patient here for the long run.
Accounting system made many errors on the first estimate. took me 2 visits to finally get it corrected. Then the said another error was found and would cost me another 200 dollars. appointment made then canceled last minute by local office but emails stated we were still on for that day Made appt over phone when we showed up the said we didnt have a appointment. Between my husband and I we had appro. 10000 worth of work done. Customer service and accounting deptment needs alot of work Regards Terry

Want your money right away even before they try to solve the problem your having went in for a tooth extraction last friday stiil have pain a week later so unfair called no one speaks to you politely tell you to hold on I am telling you don't go to aspen dental You will be very disappointed
