I have not been to the dentist in 8 years. I was experiencing some extraordinary gum pain and I was gotten in the same day! I was so comfortable the whole time everyone was so nice and made me feel so good about my teeth! I usually dread the dentist office but this places makes it as easy as possible. Their super clean, very organized (unlike most Dentist, that will have you waiting endless), and just generally professional. They go so far out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
I’ve had so many bad experiences with dentists and this is the first time in my life I actually feel excited for my appointment. The staff is very friendly and personable. Dr. Roumi is incredible, patient, down to earth, and very friendly. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, and she genuinely cares about all of her patients. When I went into my appointment. I was Greeted by the receptionist and I was greeted and I felt very comfortable the way that everybody may feel comfortable. I got all the answers that I was gonna ask, but they told me everything upfront and I greatly appreciate that. The doctor was very nice and right down to the point I told her what I had wanted she explained to what would be better for me. That took the films of my mouth. Was very accommodating to my needs. My experience was horrible, the receptionist didn’t know what she was talking about, the doctor was trying to sell me thing I didn’t need, and the office manager Junelle doesn’t deserve her position (I guess they give manager positions to anybody) and then the doctor comes in an hour late to tell me that I need to get additional work done and is very rude. Do better Aspen Dental!!!!
