My tooth cracked on Friday night. I was in pain called over the next morning. I spoke with a very nice woman thru the 1800 number to book my appointment for that day. The main office calls me almost immediately after to confirm my appointment. I advised her what happened and the care I needed and she told me since they couldn't verify my insurance (which I could because of my Aetna app stating my coverages and my active status) that they wouldn't help me. If I could leave 0 stars I WOULD this is the WORST place ever money scheme!!! STAY AWAY Firstly if you don't have insurance RUN FASTER!!! They greet you with such a pleasure because they want a nice review and nice things said about them before they run you a good run for your money! The staff is very nice but you can tell they are taught to be... they take your X-rays sit you in a room then waste your time by talking your ear off to tell you things you need done such as a "root canal" BULLSHIT I went to a DIFFERENT place ... read more

my son went there for a cleaning. nothing seemed to be covered under insurance. he opened a dental credit card for some of the work and they charged him before even doing any work. they gave him an entire list of things that need to be done including Invisalign that no other dentist has ever said he needed!

Sooooo I was to pay 60% of my total cost for two root canals. Was it pricey? Possibly, but dental work is costly. So I was not concerned about the cost. I came in ready to pay 3300 and upon check in, they advised a price change of an additional 1200.00. Did I have it? I did but because I spoke with the office 3 different times making sure the total was accurate and correct this made me feel very uncomfortable. I went to Aspen dental in Deer Park and after an initial appointment with X-rays, I was told I needed over $2,500 worth of work and the $2.5k was my out of pocket cost with insurance. Within that $2.5k worth of work, I was instructed that I desperately needed a root canal, although I wasn't in any pain and didn't see any topical signs of needing a root canal.
