I went to Aspen dental in Deer Park and after an initial appointment with X-rays, I was told I needed over $2,500 worth of work and the $2.5k was my out of pocket cost with insurance. Within that $2.5k worth of work, I was instructed that I desperately needed a root canal, although I wasn't in any pain and didn't see any topical signs of needing a root canal.
