I am very glad I followed my gut instinct and went in without Googling first, which I usually do. When I later tried to post my review for Aspen Dental, I noticed that many of the reviews were negative. I want to be very clear that my experience at the "Delray Beach office on Linton Boulevard was excellent." Dr. Emily Newton is one of the best dentists I have ever had, and I've had many. Growing up in Germany, I was used to having dentists who looked out for my health and not their wallet. I've never had an unnecessary procedure performed until I came to the United States. Especially in Palm Beach County, I've had many unnecessary procedures, such as implants and crowns, which caused me problems down the road. After leaving my former dentist that morning, after being told that it would cost $400.00 to replace a tooth that fell off my bridge, and that i would have to leave the bridge overnight, I went home and found Aspen Dental on line. I was able to get an appointment later that day. They fixed my bridge the same day (it took a little over an hour to replace the tooth. It only cost me $110.00. Don't know what that other review is about, but office is super clean, friendly staff, convenient billing options. I'm 31, and have had one other dentist in my life I'd trust to work on my teeth. Doctor Newton, congrats yours number two. I know people are scared and picky with dentists. I am the worst with that. She's young, sharpe, on point as is the rest of the staff. The Aspen dental providers were good, this review is more geared towards Aspen Dental's billing and how very poor it is and is the reason I refuse to go back. My husband paid over $4000 out of pocket for services Aspen Dental said he needed to pay prior to billing his insurance. Aspen Dental submitted claims to his insurance company of which his insurance required documentation from Aspen for those services- Aspen Dental NEVER sent them and the insurance, per the explanation of benefits, stated my husband should NOT have bee... read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist and I'm almost 54 years old. Went in for an emergency extraction - back tooth cracked and I was having some discomfort. Had to wait several days for oral surgeon after initial consult. Oral surgeon was horrible - used and mallet and banged away at the tooth causing all kind of damage to my other teeth. They take my insurance so I went in for a cleaning. They did a poor job cleaning and tried to up sell me fluoride treatment, deep cleaning even sell me a toothbrush. I won't be back
