Most horrible experiences I have ever had with a dental practice. Not only the work but the follow through and poor management of the money I paid. I will post more after I visit a new dentist with the results of the incompetence.

No follow up process what so ever, they are THE WORST dental office ever. Whatever your expectations are...lower them even more.

I booked an emergency appointment on their website yesterday for 9 o'clock this morning and they told me they have no available appointments when I have a confirmation until 2 o'clock today. When I asked the girl why their front door says emergency walk-ins welcome in the website advertises emergency, walk-ins, welcome and then they don't even on our website appointment made.

The worst , unproffessional , incompetent, customer service ,ever changing staff of dentists and assistants a total revolving door of staff here. I went in for a crown and found out my regular dentist no longer was a there , i got service from a fill in dentist from Miami that told me he had recently immigrated from Cuba last year but had his license to practice in Fl. The dentist prepared the tooth for the new crown but i am still waiting 5 weeks later for the new crown to arrive. During this time I have been scheduled tw... read more

Horrible billing and customer service. The dentist called me after I was concerned about the billing issue and advised that I look for a new dentist. For the record I spent many $1000's of dollars here. Communication is horrible, look for a more credible place to have your teeth taken care of. BTW, they still have not filled out the correct paper work for my insurance company as it is still in pending status since last year and says they are waiting for the dentist to fill out their paperwork.

Went to Aspen dental Under my new Insurance. Like Dr Emily Newton. Had a root Canal and a Crown. My insurance converted to Cobra, but did not show as active. I paid $$1736.00 as payment in full without insurance . knowing that once the claim is processed I will be given my credit back, I had no issue of paying. The worst dental care I have ever had in my life. they only care about the money and they don't care about their patients. Me and my daughter went for my birthday to my teeth cleaned. The dentist totally messed up my teeth. at the end of the appointment she said make sure you be careful with what you eat and if your teeth become black then that means your teeth are gonna die. I was very disturbed of that message that she told me at the office. My worst experience going to a dental office never again. Be aware

Had a tooth pulled and the staff forgot to call in my pain meds and antibiotics. I called them back and they decided to not answer the phones prior to their official close time of 2pm. So I called corp and they pushed me off to call an answering service for an on call doc, which never returned my call. So I have been in excruciating pain with no resolution. Is this the way you would want to be treated by your medical provider? I'm going elsewhere for my dental treatment. Oh and to let you know, I have spent many $1000's for... read more
