Driving 50 miles was not worth the time or the expense I incurred being seen at Aspen Dental. They couldn't do a thing for me and made an appointment for me with a specialist for further care. The dentist at Aspen diagnosed my problem and told me exactly what need to be done at the specialist. Could care about what they put a person through and not how much money they are making
Staff was pleasant. Staff explained procedures well. I was a little frustrated with the lack of willingness to explore other payment options with me that my insurance could not cover as I did require treatment for an infection. I understand that certain procedures have to be followed but going "above and beyond" for customer service might have included a willingness to refer to other dentists in price range, especially for someone that needs to have treatment. A Doctor had to leave the Southside location to go to another leaving 1 Doctor in the office. I was there 2.5 hours. I only wanted a new liner put in my upper plate. But of course they said my whole plate needed replaced instead. Subjecting me to a FREE dental exam that I did not want. I left there knowing I would never go back and would not recommend them to anyone.
Do not go to this Aspen Dental!!! My husband had his teeth pulled and was fitted for dentures. What a waste of money!!! They never have fit right, we spent thousands of dollars on them. Every time he’d go back to have them fixed so they would fit, they would just put more filling in it and tell him they should be good!!!! They Hurd you in like cattle. They don’t care about the patient... just the dollar!!! Luckily we have found a dentist who knows what he’s doing and having a new pair of dentures made for my husband.
Horrible. They claim they take your insurance to get you in the door. They do the exam and then tell you the work you need will be about $1500 and they can finance you. Won't go back.

Could not believe I wasted my morning at this place. Went in to have a broken tooth pulled this morning. They went through their exam and came back and said I needed several other small procedures. I knew this in advance. The part that blew my mind was that they refused to pull the tooth unless I agreed to five thousand dollars worth of other procedures first. So let me start by saying the only reason i gave this place 2 stars and not 1 was because of the amazing dentist and their team as well as Dr.Bellil who performed my wisdom teeth extractions yesterday and he was very professional and amazing as well as the 2 women who assisted him. Now that ends the positive,this place so unorganized and unprofessional!! Especially the lady who handles the finances or whatever she does.
