So let me start by saying the only reason i gave this place 2 stars and not 1 was because of the amazing dentist and their team as well as Dr.Bellil who performed my wisdom teeth extractions yesterday and he was very professional and amazing as well as the 2 women who assisted him. Now that ends the positive,this place so unorganized and unprofessional!! Especially the lady who handles the finances or whatever she does. The dentist seem as he was asleep or on something did nothing to explain things very clear . Staff running around giggling making jokes . It was entering a circus . Very poor service.
Very unprofessional place! They called an hour before my daughters appt to cancel!! They did a procedure on one side last month and scheduled her for the other side. When they called they said they could not do it???!!! I highly recommend not going to this unprofessional place!!!

Went in for my yearly(bi-yearly?) checkup and cleaning only to find out I couldn't get a cleaning. They said because they are corporate that they had to do x rays and find out what's wrong with my teeth first then they could schedule a different day for a cleaning. Then it turns out that because of some inflammation in my gums, it's gonna cost $350 out of pocket for a "special" cleaning and I can't even get my regular free cleaning that insurance pays for.. I came in with little time left in country needing desperate denture work. I clearly told them I needed half a dozen lower teeth removed and Lower dentures. After dental check the lady giving the low down on cost, immediately reminded me of what it is like at a used car dealership. Prices were like going for the Gold. Dr Joe is an excellent dentist. I would recommend him to anyone. But Billing and the scheduling is very unorganized and chaotic. And time in the chair waiting for him is a little crazy as well.
Aspen sucks and they just take money from people that can't afford it.
