RecommendedI have been going to Aspen Dental pretty much sense they've came to Dickson and my experience has been wonderful. Very friendly staff and the Dental Hygienist, Brittany Zook, is fabulous. She is considerate of your needs, does a fantastic job and the experience is friendly.
Dr. Reid, Brittani, and the entire staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Not only are they professional but they also take time to get to know their clients on a personal level, and make each visit as comfortable as possible. The best experience you can have when going to the dentist.
Gives you a price and makes you sign a contract for said price. After paying my part in full they sent me a bill for $500 more. A contract is a contract.

The staff are great and provide great care, but be prepared to wait .......forever. I have had a simple appt take 4 hours and today they over an hour and a half late for my appointment. I cannot recommend for this reason alone

The medical staff was all wonderful. I was overall ecstatic with my experience here. The Dentist was charming and explained things without my feeling as I were being lectured to. The hygienist was very nice and patient with the difficulty I am sure I caused as it has been a long time since I have had a cleaning. The only thing keeping me from leaving a top notch rating is the super sneaky way my billing was handled. l had been charged, without being consulted in any way, for a $135 electric toothbrush.
