don't quote one price and charge way higher price
The staff was courteous and polite, however, I will not recommend Aspen to anyone. I had two crowns done, one front tooth and one tooth right beside it. The side tooth was great. They put it in and it is fine but I had to make 4 visits for front tooth crown that the lab made incorrectly over and over. When the crown that did fit came in, it was bulky and the color was terrible. I told the dentist I was very dissatisfied with the shape and color. today I received the worse service in 2 years of going to aspen dental...aspen mailed my denture out to wrong address last year in which it should have never been mailed was lost I never got it and finally after nearly a year they made me a new one today not only DoD the denture fall right out of my mouth but caused an overview that I never had before and causes me to bite the inside of my lips I CAN'T WEAR THEM. After a tooth extracted one week ago today to be exact. I was running a very high fever over the weekend. Called and left four messages over the emergency number to let the staff know what was going on with no response what so ever from anyone in the Dickson, TN Aspen Dental office. Called again on Monday after going to the doctor over the weekend to get a prescription for an antibiotic that should have beeen called in by this office. This was the absolute worst dentist experience I ever received. I took the day off of work to find out ( after they booked me in) that they don't accept new people with my insurance. I still paid the 19 dollars to do x-rays and to check they re did my x-rays like 4 times bc they couldn't figure it out I guess. I told the dentist the situation how frustrating it was he simply argued with me telling me I can't schedule a cleaning over the phone bc they aren't dentist and can't really determine what's needed anyways. So the regional manager Shannon come to the conclusion that the answer to the incompetence of a few workers in the Jackson office was to send me to Dickson office. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The Jackson owner and Dr. Williams were aware and admitted my bottom denture was made completely wrong and were in the process of working with the head lab guy to make them right. This doctor claims nothing is wrong and the best way to fix a huge hole in my lower dentures is a hard liner, but that I need to consider implants. This company on... read more
The medical staff was all wonderful. I was overall ecstatic with my experience here. The Dentist was charming and explained things without my feeling as I were being lectured to. The hygienist was very nice and patient with the difficulty I am sure I caused as it has been a long time since I have had a cleaning. The only thing keeping me from leaving a top notch rating is the super sneaky way my billing was handled. l had been charged, without being consulted in any way, for a $135 electric toothbrush. I got four fillings. Three appointments and three different dentists. I had to go to McEwen dental less than a month later and get three of the fillings redone because Aspen dental did them wrong. Also during one of my visits there wasn't a dental assistant to help the doctor and I was holding the suction myself.

I had a new patient apt yesterday at 2:15. I arrived at 2, because I knew I'd have to fill out paper work. Let's just say my apt took THREE HOURS & 10 mins... which is ridiculous, it wasn't busy. I hope changes are made for those who need dental care from ya'll. You are unprofessional, unorganized, & uncaring.. you were yesterday, not only to me, but all of the people I saw come through yesterday.
