I went in for a regular scheduled cleaning and to my shock was told that I owed $250 after insurance. I know that I am being unfairly overcharged and the insurance should cover the entire cost. There was no explaination of any charges.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any dentist office. I saw one dentist twice out of 5 visits to have a crown replaced. The turnover rate must be one a week. On one visit, the dentist made 6 attempts to deaden the tooth so that it could be cleaned up for the new crown, before giving up and telling me I would have to come back at a later date. According to the advertisement, they take walk-ins and emergencies (mind you, this occured at 7:30 am with only 2 other people waiting). I was that patient that was told the Dr couldn't see me now to come back at 11:30 am when the next appointment was available. Ok, my face is continuing to swell and throb even worse. I walked out and headed home to see if I can get something done about this pain and swelling. 2 months ago My mother was in need of a root canal that was verified by her established dentist office. Her dentist was out on vacation. She called Aspen Dental in Dickson, explained the situation and the discussed her severe pain. They did schedule her a next day appointment, on a Saturday, for 8am. When she arrived they had cancelled her appointment and told her she could be rescheduled for NEXT Wednesday. She was told a new patient manager didn't show up and they couldn't do the procedure! I don't know forsure if I recommend them or not , when you look them up and call the posted number you don't actually talk to the Dickson office . I have an appointment scheduled for my 1st appointment on Friday and I called in today to ask if I could move it up to Wednesday and she said her next appointment was April 1. After going through my story again she told me there wasnt anything open but if someone cancels they will call. I can believe they dont have any emergency slots available
NEVER GO TO ASPEN DENTAL IN DICKSON I got my wisdom teeth cut out and let me tell you 1.) they told me to do all 4 at once when you’re NOT supposed to 2.) I have a heart condition and was NOT put on antibiotics 3.) When it came to getting the prices of teeth pulled and dentures the lady printed out a paper with almost $10.000 total on it I ask what was this she said that’s the total She didn’t have any prices on paper to give me to compare too My last dentist had a printout of pictures with the amount of cost So it gives you something to compare to to see what you like and can afford Not just put a peace of paper down with the most expensive dentures that they had She must have been working for a commission. Honor your Add on the internet I saw your add on internet and set a appointment . The add said dentures from $399.00 and up to $1322.00 and up. When I left your Office my estimate for a lower plate and 2 extractions came to $3455.00 with $400.00 Discount comes down to $3055.00. Why would post and add like that if you weer not going to honor it
