I will not go back to Aspen Dental, I went for a cleaning ONLY my appointment was at 10:30 I arrived at 10:15 I was called back for x-rays sometime after 11:30 she took way to many x-rays of my mouth and I had to ask for a protective apron for my thyroid. Then I was put into an exam room where I waited and waited I finally asked how much longer it would be and was told only a few more minutes the doctor was with another patient, the doctor finally comes in exams my teeth and didn’t tell me anything, then someone from the fr... read more
The Douglasville Office staff was very unprofessional and the wait time was horrible. They were so busy pushing their credit card and other payment options that they didn't explain the whole procedure. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
never go to Aspen Dental (6351 Douglas Blvd, Douglasville, GA) I walked in at 2:15 and walked out at 4:15 because I still had not been called, 4 people who came in after me were seen before me!!!
Dentis in Parsis is too expensive and should have more payment options the wait time is ridiculous

I will not be going back to Aspen dental. I was therefor two hours and fifteen minutes and was not even able to get a regular cleaning (which is why I went). They came up with tons of things they said I needed and just wanted to make as much Money as possible. The lady doing my X-rays was chomping on gum the entire time which was very unhygienic considering she’s putting equipment into my mouth. Very unsatisfied with this company and do not recommend it to anyone.

I sat in the waiting room for two hours. Then I sat in the chair, freezing for over an hour. In total I was there three and a half hours for nothing.

Staff is very pleasant however my last 2 appointments were a waste of my time. I confirmed the too many confirmations only to show up and receive a different higher cost each time...according to my insurance my co pay is $5.00 for cleaning and X-rays. But when I show up for the 2nd time after confirming the cost. WOW!!! Bill was confirmed to be $59.00 not $5.00. So I say OK, because my teeth are important to me. Showed up before the staff. First off was told to pay for the tooth to be pulled after the card was charged was told can't give me an appointment to pull it till a week later I was already there, today finally after weeks of pain have it pulled and it broke so was a little more then a simple thing, to be sent on my way and told to pick up my script at the pharmacy to be told after almost five hours of calling they will not be sending in a script for me, so much for this comfort policy they have,
