Very disappointed. I felt like they were only there to find something wrong. Wasn't told that my first appointment would only be a consultation. When I talked to the girl on the phone she was very rude about it. Waited nearly 35 minutes after my appointment time for the dentist to poke my teeth for 2 seconds and tell me they want to cap this, fill that. So little personal service. The staff was very friendly and the service I received at the office was great. However their post operative service was not quite as I expected. I had an abcessed tooth extraction and they gave me no prescriptions for infection or pain. When I asked for a prescription, they refused saying I just needed to take aspirin. After 9 days of being in pain, I finally went to another dentist and he prescribed what I needed. I will not recommend Aspen Dental to my family and friends unless it is something very simple (like a cavity f... read more

Staff treats you more like a number than a name. A dental visit should be more personal instead of "assembly line " dentistry.
Was very mislead about this place,they wanted to tell me what i needed and not listening to what i want,why when I'm telling you that i'm waiting on my disability insurance to kick in,i'm getting dentures,I've made my mind up,no more cleanings for me,all i wanted was a filling done in my front tooth for cosmetic reason,until my insurance kicks in,I'm getting dentures.......and I'm sticking to it.........they won't do it until i get all this deep cleaning done and for what their getting pulled anyway,and offering me a crown i... read more

Horrible customer service!! Unfriendly staff! They talked about every patient they saw in front of other patients.**there is a thing called PHI and HIPPA laws** they complained the whole time about having to be there and work and how tired they were, the dr didn't seem as though she knew what she was doing. I'd like to stand up and tell the whole wide world, "I have found the best Dentist in the whole United States and or Universe"!! Let me share my experience with you. Aspen Dental Clinic was recommended to me. I decided, no, my hurting teeth decided they needed something done right now or the pain was going to burst right out of my head.
