This place blew my mind....got a quote of $11,195.,00 dollars for services......$8,620 was going to dentist for 48 munutes of work....the rest was for dentures and rest of service.....can you say OUTRAGEOUS !!!
My husband came here for a 2nd opinion. Aspen saved him $800 on a treatment that another dentist recommended he needed which come to find out he did not. He thinks u all are wonderful.
Will not recommended them to anyone they have really messed me up and they dont seem to care paid almost $6000.00 for the services and so not worth it
I waited almost an hr after appt time till I was seen. I was very hesitant going here as I heard some not so great things about aspen dental. But when I was in pain I went because they could get me in. The hygienist was really nice and informative but it stopped there. I have better conversations with my cat than with the dentist. I found Dr. Ballentine as well as Kim Bright the office manager's actions to be not just unprofessional but unethical. I came into Aspen Dental at the Douglasville location for routine exam and a dental clearance in Nov 2014 for an upcoming surgery. At the end of the exam Dr. Ballentine determined that I had a tartar build up under the gum line. The recommendation was a very costly "deep cleaning" that cost $900.00.
