I've had several encounters. They are mostly friendly and kind. No issue with dentist. multutude of communication breakdown, computer/IT/scheduling issues, and quite "green" assistant causing me undue pain, cuts in my mouth taking over a week to heal was the last straw. Coming back several times to get my new filling replaced, then probably back a couple times more (if history repeats) to get the bite correct. Then I will seek a new provider for sure. I had a nasty toothache all weekend and it took them over 2 hours to even get me in a chair. They were extremely rude and didn't talk to me at all. I left and went to Dr Nemmers on 3rd and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Don't waste your time or money.
I was in aspen dental today with my boyfriend. I could hear the office manager yelling at the receptionist and was being very rude to her. Not the way I think someone should run a business. I am new to Facebook and had to make a comment because the way she handled things was very inappropriate. You could hear yelling coming from the office area. Terrible experience. I was in town from Chicago and my temporary crown fell off. I went in as a walk-in emergency because of the pain and was told they WOULD NOT give me an appointment. The dentist was asked and refused to treat me. No reason, except she would not re-cement the crown.I had not had any experience with the office and never will.
